Biking paths in the Netherlands have become increasingly crowded. The popularity of the e-bike has also led to an increasing difference in speed on these paths. This creates more dangerous situations. The goal of this challenge was to address how a bike path can be more innovative and connected with its surroundings.
The final concept is a bike path that is not only a road but involves the neighbourhood and creates a more comfortable experience for all its users. Icons by Josie Reilly and I, renders by Julien Desvaux de Marigny and I.
